Delivery methods

Doorstep delivery

Courier delivery with end-to-end tracking straight to your street address: office, apartment, city, and postal code. Orders exceeding £75.00 may require a signature on handover.

Pickup point

Pick up from a regional locker or collection station in your neighborhood. Shipments remain stored for 7 days before returning to our facility.

Order processing

Purchases completed before 16:00 on a weekday leave our workshop that day. Orders placed past the cutoff, over weekends, or on holidays dispatch the next business day. You get an order confirmation email with your reference number immediately after checkout.

All ergonomic workplace items, including monitor arms, desk risers, and posture supports, are secured using double-walled corrugated cartons, reinforced edge protectors, and custom-moulded shock-absorbing internal inserts to prevent mechanical or structural transit damage.

Tracking your parcel

Once dispatched, an automated tracking reference is transmitted via email and SMS, allowing real-time tracking of your consignment through the assigned carrier portal.

Lost or delayed parcel

If tracking remains stalled for 5 business days, email [email protected] with your order reference. We start an investigation with the carrier and either ship a replacement or issue a full refund, per your choice, within 10 business days of filing.

Damaged on arrival

Inspect the parcel upon delivery. If transit damage to packaging or structural components is visible, notify our support team within 48 hours with photographic evidence of the external box and the damaged product to facilitate an immediate replacement.

Payment methods

Cash on delivery

Provide payment to the courier when taking delivery. Upfront payment is not required.

Supported methods include Cash on delivery. We never request banking credentials or card information over the phone or by email.

Delivery outside United Kingdom

We ship to a specific list of countries. Delivery fees and transit times appear in your cart before you pay. Any destination customs tariffs or import duties remain the responsibility of the recipient.
