The goods

Non-medical ergonomic home office and workplace equipment, comprising adjustable monitor mounts, desk converters, footrests, ergonomic seat cushions, wrist supports, and associated desk accessories designed for daily workplace utility and posture comfort. Each product listing specifies technical parameters, quantity, and packaging configuration. Renderings and photographs reflect the true physical items; packaging exteriors may show minor manufacturer variations.

Ordering and contract

An order registers once checkout is finished. An initial confirmation arrives by email, while the final purchase agreement binds upon shipment. We reserve the right to cancel an order if inventory is depleted or identity checks fail, issuing a full refund promptly.

Prices and payment

All values are quoted in GBP, inclusive of applicable VAT. Shipping surcharges calculate at checkout prior to payment completion. We accept: Cash on delivery. Should a clerical pricing discrepancy occur prior to dispatch, we will notify you to either reconfirm the purchase or cancel it.

Carrier routes, transit intervals, and postage rates are detailed on our Delivery & Payment page. Physical risk transfers to the buyer upon receipt.

Product images and colours

Imagery represents actual workshop items. Display color variations stemming from monitor color profiles, software renderers, or ambient lighting do not constitute manufacturing faults, nor do they justify free returns or claims. Precise dimensions, build materials, and components are detailed on each listing.

Transfer of risk

We bear cargo transit risk until the package is handed over to you or your designated recipient at the shipping address. The liability for damage or loss shifts to you at that point. Record any visible shipping damage with the courier immediately and inform our team within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

You can send hardware back within 30 days of arrival under the terms on our Returns page. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all workplace goods are covered by a statutory 12-month conformity warranty against manufacturing defects and structural mechanical failure under standard domestic office use.

• Custom-manufactured, custom-cut, or bespoke-finished ergonomic desk surfaces and personalized workplace accessories.
• Consumable maintenance kits, cleaning fluids, or desk wipes with broken protective seals.
• Direct-contact textile items, including ergonomic lumbar supports and seat cushions, where protective hygiene packaging has been unsealed after delivery.
• Workplace equipment that has been fully assembled, modified, or inseparably combined with other office fixtures after delivery.
• Unsealed software, digital assembly guides, or digital workplace design downloads.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under United Kingdom law, KotoDesk Ergonomics Ltd. limits its total liability for any claim arising out of order fulfilment to the total purchase price paid for the specific order or £100, whichever is greater. No section of these terms excludes or restricts obligations that statutory legislation mandates.

Age and use

Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age. Use our products solely in accordance with published guidelines; desk accessories and ergonomic furniture do not substitute for certified clinical advice.

Governing law and disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom. If direct communication does not resolve a disagreement, the matter proceeds to the court having jurisdiction over our registered office, maintaining your statutory rights in your place of residence.
